The General Manager manages the Sales, Office, Service, and Parts personnel.Sales Process Management.Ensure vehicles sales goals are attained.Manage daily activity of Sales Managers to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met.Staff Recruiting, Training, and DevelopmentDevelop employees by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, and mentoring.Lead store and sales meetings to cover key information.Review and approve store performance reports, and determine needed action.Customer Engagement.Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.Assist Sales Representatives with customers when needed.Administrative ResponsibilitiesServe as liaison between the store and Lithia Home Office.
