What You’ll Do

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and service standards.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Serve food and beverages accurately, safely, and courteously.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and event areas.
• Clear and reset banquet spaces efficiently following each event.
• Work closely with banquet, culinary, and catering teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous banquet or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry trays or equipment.
• Flexible availability for on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
