Interior Plant Technician (Part-Time)
$19-$24 /hour

We are looking for a dependable, energetic Interior Plant Technician to join our team. This position is available due to the retirement of a valued employee after many years with our company.
Based out of our greenhouse in Loxahatchee, you will care for beautiful tropical plants and orchids in commercial properties, luxury homes, country clubs, and offices. This is not a landscaping or lawn maintenance position. We specialize in interior tropical plants, orchids, fresh flower arrangements, and decorative container gardens.
What You’ll Do:
Water, prune, fertilize, and maintain interior tropical plants.
Install seasonal plant displays and decorative containers.
Deliver and maintain orchid arrangements.
Drive a company work van to client and nursery locations throughout Palm Beach County.
Load and unload plants, containers, soil, and supplies.
Pick up plant orders at local nurseries.
Keep the company vehicle and greenhouse organized and clean.
Build positive relationships with our clients through exceptional service.
Work independently while supporting the rest of our team.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving a company work van.
Dependable, punctual, and honest.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Friendly and professional with clients.
Enjoys working as part of a team.
Comfortable working in Florida’s heat and humidity.
Experience with plants, horticulture, nurseries, or greenhouses is a plus, but no landscaping experience is required. We will train the right person.
What We Offer:
$19–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
Part-time, year-round employment.
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
