BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family-style Assisted Living and Memory Care community! ????
???? POSITION DETAILS
Position: Part-Time / PRN CMA or CNA
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
???? WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Assist with toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care.
CMA ONLY: Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable Oklahoma state regulations.
Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Complete required 2-hour resident checks and changes .
Follow the night shift resident get-up list , ensuring residents are assisted with their morning routines as scheduled.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
Accurately document resident care and promptly report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional resident care.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
Current Oklahoma CMA or CNA certification required.
Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
Attend mandatory in-house in-service training sessions to support quality resident care, ongoing staff education, and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Dependable, reliable, and committed to providing quality care.
Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or memory care is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
